New for 2013 - Work Modes!
Over the past year working with clients, particularly startups, we learned that we needed to become even more responsive and flexible in a fast-paced noisy marketplace.
Work Modes provide our clients with multiple "un-agency" ways to engage with nineten that all produce meaningful outcomes, exactly when you need them - that hour, day, or month. In addition, Work Modes have been designed to best reflect the optimal way of working that consistently delivers peak performance and results. Because that's what you need and we want you to get our very best work.
Because we get great daily inspiration from the game of soccer, we've come up with the following three Work Modes that we now offer to our clients:
Assists (A)
You have an immediate need for someone to make something special happen in your organization...due yesterday. But there's not a lot in the piggy bank and no time to spin up a big project. Instant inspiration. Big, breakthrough ideation, new opportunity definition, business development qualification or scouting/ hunting, business model generation and optimization, UX strategy & product reviews, external design or development talent acquisition, a transformational introduction or partnership, etc.

- time carries over to next task/ assignment if unused
Goals (G)
You're a startup or larger company and you need a seasoned trusted playmaker to join your management team or executive produce an extraordinary outcome. We believe that something of this importance requires at least a dedicated 12-week period to see a meaningful outcome and return for both parties. This also gives both sides requisite time to ascertain a longer-term mutual fit as business collaborators.
